What were you up to before ThreeFlow? 

I spent almost 15 years on the carrier side of employee benefits at SunLife. I started my career as a group rep and then transitioned into a leadership role for the majority of my remaining time. I was able to meet incredible people during that time and build a network of truly talented brokers and carriers. I was also able to completely grasp the impact that our outdated processes and workflows were having on the industry and the people we served. 

Why did you make the move?

I firmly believe that technology is needed to facilitate the buying and selling of employee benefits. When I saw that ThreeFlow was hiring, I thought it would be the perfect chance for me to work on something I feel passionate about. The employee benefits industry is typically slow to adopt new technology and I am hopeful to help speed up the process one broker at a time!

How would you explain what you do to a third grader?

I sell technology that helps really busy people do their job easier and faster.

What's your favorite thing about your job?

I love being part of a fast growing organization that is disrupting an industry. The people are pretty awesome too! The level of knowledge, experience, and passion at ThreeFlow is unmatched.

What do you like to do for fun when you're not working?

I like spending time with my four kids and watching them participate in their various sporting activities. When time permits, I love to play golf as well!
