From underwriters to game designers and food enthusiasts, our Meet the Team series highlights the great people who make up ThreeFlow.

Name: Amy Zoeller

Role: Engineering manager

Home office: Indianapolis, IN

What were you up to before ThreeFlow?

I bring 15+ years of experience to my role as an engineering manager at ThreeFlow. This has included leading teams and delivering initiatives for huge corporations, like State Farm, Kellogg's, Kraft, and Samsung, small international business owners, and innovative startups.

Of the many hats I've worn over the years, leading teams and managing people excites me the most. It’s energizing to support people interested in doing their best and growing in their careers - particularly in the startup environment where things need to stay nimble.

Why did you make the move?

I met many of my coworkers years ago at Razorfish, a digital agency in Chicago. When I heard some of them had moved to ThreeFlow, I started keeping tabs on the company and was consistently impressed by what I saw. When the right management role came up, I jumped on the opportunity.

How would you explain what you do to a third grader?

We build really cool software that helps people work more efficiently. My role is to help create a team that feels supported, can grow professionally, and is able to write amazing code that brings value to our users.

What's your favorite thing about your job?

ThreeFlow does an amazing job at hiring innovative thinkers that are the best at what they do and are a pleasure to work with. I am extremely lucky to be able to say I truly enjoy interacting with everyone I work with. I have an amazing team and company.

What do you like to do for fun when you're not working?

If I'm not planning my next trip, I am likely drawing, biking, or hiking in the woods somewhere.
