We recruited and onboarded exceptional employees. We produced content people actually read and shared. And we shipped a record number of features that are starting to form an end-to-end ecosystem for brokers and carriers.
Just a few highlights include:
- Expanding to fully-insured medical and U50. Brokers can quote, analyze, and present all medical coverage types—fully insured, level-funded, any size, any carrier—alongside non-med and stop loss.
- Quoting 2.0. A modernized quoting experience that brings accuracy and consistency to every submission—using AI-powered analysis, smarter defaults, and built-in controls to support a reliable, collaborative process from first quote through sold terms.
- AI-assisted coverage builds. Just upload a renewal letter or proposal PDF, and ThreeFlow will automatically create an editable, ready-to-review quote in minutes.
But what really made it feel like everything clicked was the shift in how brokers and carriers think about benefits placement. Instead of treating it as a once-a-year exercise, they view it as an ongoing, consultative process, using real-time data to collaborate with clients, benchmark performance, and make smarter recommendations throughout the benefits lifecycle.
Creating an end-to-end ecosystem for brokers and carriers to operate this way is what we’re after, and it’s guided everything we built this year.

Getting employee benefits right is a big deal. Clients spend a significant portion of their budget on benefits, and they rely on them to attract, engage, and retain talent.
In the end, the decisions you help them make impact people’s health, families, and livelihoods. And with so much on the line, uptime, security, and compliance are non-negotiables. It’s why we:
- Maintained our SOC 2 Type Il certification , reflecting our ongoing commitment to data security for our brokers, our carriers, and the clients they serve.
- Became the only benefits placement system with HITRUST E1 certification, the gold standard for organizations operating in or adjacent to healthcare.
- Released features focused on accuracy as much as speed. A Senior Account Manager at Arista Consulting Group recently shared, "ThreeFlow allows me to carefully compare important plan attributes, catch errors, and ask questions of carriers for negotiation purposes. It's a huge plus to be able to double-check what was marked sold in case a carrier comes back with incorrect information about plan design."
- Provided dedicated onboarding, training, and support. We worked hard to make sure ThreeFlow users got the most out of our tool-and continue using it long after we leave.

Our customers tell us that what they value most about ThreeFlow is how it brings both sides together in one system. In 2026, we’ll continue to strengthen that foundation, expanding what a benefits placement system can do and its place for the broader broker, carrier, and general agency tech stack.
Here’s what you can expect to see:
- More collaboration features throughout the entire policy journey, from quoting and analysis to presentation and renewal tracking.
- Deeper integrations with CRMs, AMS platforms, benefits administration tools, and carrier quoting systems, helping data flow across platforms and giving teams a clearer view of their business.
- Smarter Al and automation that cuts down on manual work without sacrificing accuracy.
Our goal is two-fold: (1) design technology that anticipates the new challenges and needs of a modern brokers and carriers and (2) enables them make better decisions.
