Built for what happens after the quote.
PerfectQuote speeds up small group quoting. ThreeFlow runs the entire placement process, from renewals to RFPs to presentations with carriers, backed by a dedicated, full-time support team.
ThreeFlow vs. PerfectQuote at a glance
PerfectQuote skips the workflows that get deals done. ThreeFlow brings carriers into the room.
Carriers work in ThreeFlow, they don't in PerfectQuote.
When a national brokerage sends an RFP through ThreeFlow, the carrier sees it, responds to it, and negotiates line by line. In PerfectQuote, carriers don't have accounts.
Renewals go somewhere. In PerfectQuote, they don't.
ThreeFlow's renewal workflow sends the renewal request directly to the carrier, with a memo and the ability to request plan alternatives—all tracked in one place. PerfectQuote has no equivalent.
Carriers find out a plan sold automatically.
ThreeFlow notifies the carrier the moment a plan is sold, closing the loop without a phone call or a follow-up email. PerfectQuote only does this in some cases—most of the time, brokers have to circle back to the carrier themselves.
A support team built for brokerages your size.
ThreeFlow's team includes benefits-industry veterans, and support teams (yes, plural—we have a robust, committed, and highly praised support org) are built by people who've worked the same renewal cycles your team has.
Because carriers and brokers share the same system in ThreeFlow, support can see both sides of a placement issue and resolve it directly, instead of sending you back to your carrier rep to sort out a discrepancy neither of you can fully see.
For a national or large regional brokerage standardizing workflows across dozens of offices, that difference compounds fast. A quoting tool that only helps your side of the table is a tool you'll eventually outgrow. A system built to support both sides is one you can scale on.

Frequently asked questions
It's the shared workspace where brokers and carriers manage quoting, negotiation, and renewals together, with AI doing the manual work in the background, instead of each side working in its own disconnected tools and reconciling everything over email.
Carriers work directly in ThreeFlow. They respond to RFPs and renewals by uploading documents (which we read with AI), highlight differentiators per RFP, and get notified automatically when a plan sells. In PerfectQuote, carriers don't have accounts — brokers do all the data entry themselves, and the actual negotiation happens outside the platform.
No. PerfectQuote's pricing runs $129–$249 per user, per month, depending on tier. ThreeFlow doesn't charge brokers a per-user licensing fee.
ThreeFlow automatically notifies the carrier, so the record is closed on both sides without a follow-up call or email. In PerfectQuote, that notification only happens for a small number of API-connected carriers in small group — everywhere else, the broker has to tell the carrier directly.
No. ThreeFlow fills the missing link in your existing tech stack — it doesn't replace your AMS, your benefits administration system, or your carrier relationships. We currently integrate with AppliedEpic and BenefitPoint.
You’ll start with your own implementation specialist for setup, and then work with two members of our client experience team on an ongoing basis. We also have a dedicated support team for you and your carrier partners available via email, with an average response time of 1 hour 15 minutes.
Quoting is only half the job. ThreeFlow's advantage is what happens after the quote: carrier negotiation, side-by-side plan comparisons with normalized values, structured renewals, and automatic sold-plan notification — all in one system both sides use. PerfectQuote quotes broadly across product types, but every one of those workflows still depends on the broker managing the carrier relationship manually, off-platform.
