ThreeFlow and Noyo today announced that Noyo has joined ThreeFlow, connecting benefits placement and enrollment. Noyo will operate as a ThreeFlow company, and Noyo customers will keep working with the product and team they know. The companies will share more about their plans in the months ahead at threeflow.com. The transaction closed on September 30, 2026.
ThreeFlow has transformed how brokers and carriers manage renewals and RFPs with its Benefits Placement System (BPS). Noyo powers enrollment processing between benefits administration platforms and insurance carriers, ensuring employees get the coverage they selected. Together, the companies already operate at significant scale, powering accurate quoting and enrollment for nearly 5 million employees across the U.S. This puts them in a favorable position to build an end-to-end policy experience for brokers, carriers, benefits administration platforms, and the employers they serve.
Before a benefits policy takes effect, it passes through the broker who negotiates it, the carrier who writes it, the benefits administration platform that enrolls employees in it, and the employer who offers it. Those handoffs have traditionally been managed separately and often by hand, so data gets re-entered at every step and errors surface late, sometimes after coverage should have begun.
ThreeFlow and Noyo will build a platform where AI does the work across the entire benefits lifecycle, from quoting and plan setup through enrollment and renewal.
