What were you up to before ThreeFlow? 

I started my career as a developer and quickly realized that I was more passionate about design. I would always enjoy design tasks more than my development tasks. It’s what drove me to make the switch. I've been a product designer for about five years now, and I've loved every second of it.

Before I came to ThreeFlow, I was a UI/UX Designer at a startup in Des Moines. During my time there, I led various design projects, implemented best practices, and helped establish research standards for the design team. I worked with many talented individuals who helped me grow on both a personal and professional level.

Why did you make the move?

I was ready for that "next step" in my career, and I wanted to ensure that it was a step in the right direction. So when I came across the opportunity at ThreeFlow, I knew it was one that I couldn't pass up. From the first interview, I felt ThreeFlow was the place to be because of how natural everything felt. The interview process made it seem like I was already a part of the company, and it was clear that I would be a part of something so much bigger than myself.

How would you explain what you do to a third grader?

I'm responsible for the look and feel of our applications. So I have to make sure that everything looks great, that pages make sense, and that users will love their experience.

What's your favorite thing about your job?

I get to express myself creatively while working with intelligent, kind, and outgoing individuals who constantly push me to be better. And the greatest part about it all is getting to do my job from anywhere in the world. So far, I've worked in Denver, New York, Las Vegas, and many other cities! 

What do you like to do for fun when you're not working?

Outside of work, you'll catch me at the nearest airport traveling to some random destination. When I'm not doing that, I'm out and about with my friends and family!
